Savannah Doleva, Owner

Savannah Doleva, Owner Associates in Environmental Studies, Austin Community College

Originally from New England, Savannah has been in Texas since 2006. Originally working in banking, she helped her late husband start Doleva Elite Tree in 2009 and has been working for the business full time since 2016. She enjoys hiking and going on adventures with her beloved pup, Beau.

Charles Frazier

Operations and Sales Manager | ISA Certified Arborist (MA-7012A) | TRAQ & Oak Wilt Qualified

Charles Frazier brings a strong blend of technical expertise and field experience to his role as Operations and Sales Manager at Doleva Elite Tree. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a major in Natural Resource Conservation and a minor in Forestry, Charles began his career as a climber with Davey Tree before transitioning into utility and consulting work with Arbormetrics. There, he managed hazard tree identification and removal along Dominion Energy transmission corridors, gaining extensive experience in risk mitigation and tree health management.

Following his work in utility arboriculture, Charles served as a Sales Arborist for SavATree, where he developed a passion for helping clients make informed, sustainable decisions about their landscapes. Today, he applies that same commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and client education in his leadership at Doleva Elite Tree.

With multiple ISA qualifications—including Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) and Oak Wilt Qualification, Charles approaches every project with a focus on precision, sustainability, and long-term tree health.

Beau joined Doleva Elite Tree in 2023 and takes his position very seriously.

He has a passion for turning a frown upside down. In his free time, he enjoys guilting people into giving him their food, hunting lizards and Olympic level napping.
